About Me
I’ve been an Architectural CAD Designer for over a decade and have held a General Contractors License in California where I’ve built plans I’ve made as well as plans others have made. I’ve worked with all trades and work very well with structural engineers (we speak the same language). I understand a great deal of building codes having designed and built in one of the nation’s strictest states for building. I have knowledge of hillside construction, structural & architectural planning, spatial design, interior design, electrical, drainage, plumbing, zoning, Title 24, Historical Preservation and have pulled many permits throughout the years. I mostly design in SketchUp Pro and Layout. I’ve designed new construction and remodels for residential and commercial including hotels. I can take your notes, local pictures and even the worst of hand-sketched ideas and turn them into legit construction documents. 2D, 3D, animated, you name it! I specialize in creating Mid-Century Modern remodels or new construction made to look MCM. |
