My specialty is actual fabrication of designs. I have a huge range of experience in actually producing designs. This includes through CNC: waterjets, mills, lathes, plasma cutters, routers, and 3D printing.

Experienced in designing around parameters to increase ease of use and easy changes among similar designs with different dimensions

Huge range of printing experience from basic widgets to elaborate figures and various forms of post processing for improved final results.

Well versed in cleaning up mesh data from scans, scanning, and full reverse engineering (producing clean CAD files from a mesh)
About Me
Hi, Mike here. I came into this field roughly 6 years ago. I have a degree in Mechatrnoics and certificates in: CNC/CAD/CAM, Automation Specialist, Haas Mill Operation, and Titans of CNC Instructor/Inspector. In my day to day I run a protoyping lab/fabrication shop and handle all aspects including: 3D printing, 3D scanning, engineering, reverse engineering, welding, CNC machining (plasma, routing, waterjet, and 3 axis mill), as well as numerous other means of fabrication. This gives me a great range of understanding, as well as a wide perspective for things like designing for manufacturing.
