To merge multiple PDF files into one document using Adobe Acrobat, open Adobe Acrobat, go to "Tools," select "Combine Files," click "Add Files" to choose the PDFs you want to merge, arrange them in the desired order, click "Combine," and then save the new merged document.

To convert a PDF file to a Word document using Adobe Acrobat, open the PDF in Acrobat, click on "Export PDF" in the right pane, select "Microsoft Word" as the export format, choose "Word Document," and click "Export." Save the file to your desired location.

To reduce the file size of a PDF using Adobe Acrobat, open the PDF, go to "File" > "Save As Other" > "Reduced Size PDF" or use "File" > "Save as Other" > "Optimized PDF" for more control over settings.

To edit text and images in a PDF using Adobe Acrobat, open the PDF file, click on "Edit PDF" in the right-hand pane, then click on the text or image you want to edit. To add a digital signature to a PDF in Adobe Acrobat: 1. Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat. 2. Click on the "Tools" tab. 3. Select "Fill & Sign." 4. Click on the "Sign" icon in the toolbar, then choose "Add Signature." 5. Choose to type, draw, or use an image of your signature. 6. Position the signature on the PDF where you want it to appear. 7. Click "Apply" to place the signature

To add comments and annotations to a PDF in Adobe Acrobat, open the PDF, go to the "Comment" tool in the right-hand pane, and use features like "Sticky Note," "Highlight Text," "Underline Text," and "Add Text Comment." Save the document once you've added your annotations.

To password protect a PDF in Adobe Acrobat, open the PDF, go to "File" > "Protect Using Password," choose whether you want to set a password for viewing or editing the document, enter and confirm the password, and then click "Apply." Save the file to secure it with the password.

To extract individual pages from a PDF using Adobe Acrobat, open the PDF file, go to the "Organize Pages" tool, select the pages you want to extract, and click on "Extract" in the toolbar.

To fill out and sign a form using Adobe Acrobat, open the form in Adobe Acrobat, click on "Fill & Sign" in the right-hand pane, click on the area where you need to fill in information and start typing, to add a signature click on "Sign" in the Fill & Sign toolbar, then "Add Signature" or "Add Initials," and follow the prompts to create and place your signature. Save the completed form when done.

To enable read aloud functionality in Adobe Acrobat, go to "View" > "Read Out Loud" > "Activate Read Out Loud," and then select either "Read This Page Only" or "Read to End of Document."
