To improve the performance of large models in Navisworks, you can try the following: optimize model geometry by reducing unnecessary details, use sectioning to work only on specific parts of the model, utilize level of detail settings, reduce the number of viewpoints, hide layers or elements not currently needed, disable real-time rendering effects, ensure your hardware meets or exceeds the recommended specifications, and keep your software and graphics drivers up to date.
