3D VISUALIZATION
Three-dimensional visualization provides the end user with a complete virtual scene of structural elements or the entire project. Imagine the benefits a three-dimensional model can be to your estimating team, managers, field engineers and construction employees. We can do just that, take your two-dimensional contract drawings and transform them into a three-dimensional reality. The three-dimensional reality can be used to check estimating quantities, initial construction planning, equipment and material logistics. The same three-dimensional models can be reused during the construction phase of the project, work plan activities, safety, incorporating revisions, clash management and for so many other activities.
3D PICK PLANS
Pick plans represent one of the more complicated work activities to plan and execute on any project. There are multiple pieces of information that needs to be accounted for in order for a pick plan to become successful.
Our approach to pick plans is to integrate the survey data from your job site in order to create a highly accurate three-dimensional model of the terrain. Size and type of equipment, rigging, headroom, existing structures and other type of obstacles can be virtually modeled and then tested for success. Any type of clash can be eliminated before it becomes a costly problem.
3D WORK PLANS
Accurate communication of work activities with the field personnel represents the basis to a safe and successful completion of the project. 3D work plans do just that, they incorporate several pages of information into one model, clearly point out any safety concerns to the field personnel, eliminate any clashes between structural components, state the goals of the work plan including the end product and so much more. 3D work plans are becoming the future of construction planning.

We use different graphical styles for different type of ideas in order to represent them in the correct light. An accurate representation of an idea can be the catalyst to a highly successful project.
About Me
Vladimir Simonovski is a structural engineer and co-founder of structural consulting
company comprised of highly skilled engineers, designers and
forward-thinkers.
Prior to co-starting his own company, Vladimir gathered extensive
design and construction knowledge and experience by working on
high profile infrastructure projects around the U.S. On some projects,
his experience was gathered by being a part of the design team and
on other projects Vladimir made his presence known in the field, by
directly getting involved in construction, as part of the construction
team. This balanced mix of experience, coupled with a strong work
ethic, gave Vladimir the outlet for his interest in reinventing how
problems are viewed and finding solutions by utilizing technologies
such as 3D modeling, virtual reality, 3D printing, scanning,
implementation of new materials and etc.
His enthusiasm can be seen from the numerous three-dimensional
modeling manuals that he has prepared over the years. Vladimir has
conducted training for construction companies on the effective use of
SketchUp application and how it can fill the effectiveness gap where
other CAD applications cannot. During these training sessions, a
special emphasis is given to the idea of Information Modeling and the
proper organization in the heavy civil industry. Additionally, his 3D
modeling work was published by the American Society of Civil
Engineers – ASCE, under the practice periodicals on structural design
and construction. The paper was written based on a real-life beam
erection scenario, in which Vladimir was heavily involved and where
3D modeling was used extensively to plan and test multiple critical
girder pick. Additionally, Vladimir also published a book titled
SketchUp for Civil Engineering and the Heavy Construction Industry:
Modeling Workflow and Problem Solving for Design and Construction,
where a large number of everyday uses for SketchUp in the
construction industry were compiled in an easy to use manual.
