It was great watching Shanthi using Sketchup when we had Zoom meetings. She was able to make most revisions in real time as I watched to make sure it was looking how I wanted. She was always open to feedback and had a very positive attitude throughout. I'm sure she was frustrated a couple of times at having to revise things but she was always upbeat when working together. She also anticipated having to make revisions in her estimate and did not go over the quoted price.
